During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
