During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. I did not see the Peace Lily in person as I was unable to attend the memorial. I heard it was so beautiful and I hope it will bring comfort to my Aunt. It was extremely easy to place the order online. When I called to double check on delivery time I left a message and was called back within a few hours. I was greeted by a very caring and kind lady and she assured me they would have it there in time. They did.
