During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I'm on the east coast and my family lives in Phoenix. I was fed-up with ordering flowers on-line and arriving in a cardboard box not looking like what was ordered. Glendale Flowers ALWAYS comes though with a beautiful arrangement every time !! They are polite, on time, and the flowers actually look as good or better then the picture. Easy buying experience. The flowers are beautiful and were delivered on time. Delivery was very thoughtful. They called to make sure someone was home to delivery. They even waited until someone was home to deliver. Thank you!
