During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement was beautiful. I thought there was supposed to be lilies with it and I paid extra for that. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Jill, thank you for your review and honesty. We did upgrade your arrangement with extra roses. I believe we were out of lilies at the time. However I should have informed you of that and will do better next time. I can't explain how beautiful the arrangement were. The most vibrant red roses. They made my cousins day so beautiful. What away to send your love ones off with such a beautiful arrangement.
