During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. From start to finish online, this was a breezy transaction. Fast and simple. When the delivery person arrived and discovered the recipient wouldn't be checked in until the next day, she called and asked if it was okay to take them back to the shop to keep them fresh. Very kind. Also, an accurate digital picture of the actual order was an added benefit! Thank you! I will return as a customer soon!

My wife and I ordered flowers for our daughter (now a mother herself) and she was so happy to receive them as they were the first flowers that had ever been delivered to her! We live in MN, so we needed to do a bit of shopping to find the right florals shop to do the delivery and Glendale Flowers did a fantastic job. The pre delivery pictures was a really nice touch!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
