During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Website was easy to navigate and order from. When I recognized an error in the delivery address I entered, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Sue, after hours, that the correction would be made. I much prefer finding a local florist in the community in which the flowers will be going and Glendale Flowers went above and beyond. Thank You.

These are perfect ! Bought these for my aunt and she loved them . You can go everywhere else and pay twice as much for the same thing . The price and quality of these flowers and arrangements are t best in town . I only order from these guys

These flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I received rave compliments from the recipient. I LOVED how they sent me a photo of the actual arrangement. After decades of shipping flowers through multiple companies all across the US, this is the first I have ever received a photo of the actual arrangement sent. Will absolutely use again if I need to send flowers in this area!!!
