During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The flowers were gorgeous and the chocolate rose that came with it didn’t last long with my wife so I can only assume it was good too. ---- Florist's Response: The chocolate rose is from our local Candy Factory here in Downtown Glendale called Cerreta's Candy Company. They have the best chocolate so I am glad your wife got to enjoy it. :) Danea GM

My recipient received the flowers and they look as expected and the delivery was on time! 5 stars! I also liked the email with the photo of the arrangement they sent me so that I knew what it looked like.
