During the hot summer months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to charge an extra delivery fee. Very very happy customer! I’m always hesitant to place flower arraignments online because of past experiences where the arraignment I order doesn’t look much like the picture I selected. Let me tell you, this arraignment was 10/10! They sent me a picture of the arraignment before delivering it, which I really appreciated! I will 100% order from here again!

This is my third order and like my 2 previous orders they were just gorgeous. I appreciate the unique floral designs and they are always more beautiful than the 1-800…. flora designs. I wish you delivered to Texas.

The arrangement was very beautiful and the recipient was very pleased, however, the arrangement was missing the loops of bear grass which would have made it gorgeous.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
